I and my colleague Gertrud Winberg have been working as contemporary artists in Berlin since 2005. During an emotional visit to the Palast Der Republik, drinking a cup of "Milchkaffee" and with a historical view over the Unter den Linden, the project "Alienation - the Gift of Our Time" was born. The intention of the project was to reflect over the free fall of ideologies in Europe. The context of the project is Berlin in its position as a catalyst of demythologisation.
